DescriptionThe Kohkoku Chemical Industry was founded in May 1947 in Japan for the production and sales of rubber products. Kohkoku USA, Inc. established a facility in Everett in November 1973. The companys name was changed to the Achilles Corporation in 1982. Achilles USA claims to be one of the largest plastic film manufacturers on the west coast. The manufacturing plant and headquarters are located at 1407 80th Street SW in Everett. The companys two other locations are in New Jersey and Michigan.
